 As an Aesthetics Senior Brand Manager, the requirements for the role require an understanding of Health Care Professionals aligned with TGA Legal requirements for all branding and marketing execution.

 

Many Aesthetics Companies Head Offices are global. You will work on local and international projects to maximise corporate outcomes through company brand awareness and marketing strategies to support commercial and business development activities.

 

As a Senior Brand | Product Manager, you will have experience executing plans that deliver on the brand's purpose.   Your ability to influence the business to execute and amplify with scale new product development (NPD) launches and business development ideas (BDI) is key to success in these roles.  

 

Your experience developing brand launches, managing teams and leading projects through approval stages.   You will collaborate with lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects fully and on time. In addition, you continuously review and understand the best allocation of resources across brands/projects based on a robust, in-depth understanding of effective value drivers.

 

You have experience managing the brand P&L with the ability to articulate and identify opportunities for cost optimisation to maximise brand growth and profitability.

 

You have experience working with creative agency partners to develop purpose, HCP insight and consumer-led briefs to deliver impactful creative content across omnichannel mediums.

 

Senior Brand Manager roles in Aesthetics expect at least three years of Product / Brand Management experience. In addition, you have experience building and executing brand plans, product launches and internal communications and marketing projects.You are degree qualified in Business, Marketing or Communications.Ideally, you have industry experience in Medical Aesthetics, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or Beauty Products.
