Our Executive search services are engaged to work on roles for General Manager / Business Unit Leaders who are part of your  Executive Leadership Team.    

The titles of these roles include Aesthetics Head of Sales,  Aesthetics Head of Marketing, Aesthetics General Manager and Aesthetics Head of Clinical.  Calibre candidates with Aesthetics experience are in high demand, and there is intense competition in the market to hire them.

Executive Search is retained.   we will send you a proposal outlining the sourcing process and three invoicing stages.   

Stage 1 - upon engagement.
Stage 2 - upon presentation of the shortlist which aligns with your expectations. 
Stage 3 - The candidate accepts your Job Offer.

Once you have signed our Engagement Letter, we will start the extensive process of sourcing candidates for you.  We undertake a thorough Talent Mapping process for local and, if needed, international candidates.  We conduct a rigorous outreach using several communication mediums to engage with them.  For any interested candidates, we run an initial screen at the time, and if they have the skills and experience, we organise a time to conduct a thorough interview.

Once we have identified a strong shortlist of candidates, we will act as the intermediary to organise the interviews to be conducted as quickly as possible.  We will constantly share your vision of the role and ensure the candidate is prepared with the relevant information for their interviews.

Once you have identified a hiring candidate, we manage the negotiation process on your behalf.  In addition, we ensure we stay in close contact with the candidate throughout their notice period and equally throughout their probationary period.

All Executive Search placements come with a six-month guarantee period.   Should the candidate resign or be terminated, they will be replaced free of charge, providing the role's duties do not change, and any significant remuneration package increase will incur an additional fee.
