Recruitment has been my career for nearly 20 years, and more recently as the ANZ Talent Acquisition Manager at Galderma, a global Dermatology and Aesthetics Company.   The Managing Director and Leadership Team asked me to Partner with them and focus on building high-performance teams.

 

Strategic Sourcing and partnering with Executives motivate me. Working closely with their teams allowed me to determine the skills, education and mindset which would complement their team.

I sourced candidates from some of the rarest places, and despite not meeting the exact requirements, they were the perfect fit. 

 

I take the time to understand a candidate. I speak with them once and twice and thoroughly interview them.  The Australian Executive team encouraged me to challenge their perceptions of success, and they hired the elusive Talent that is excelling. 

 

Working with inspiring Managers who value quality over quantity and seeing their teams collaborate, grow and drive profitability.

Like many, I stumbled into a career in Recruitment. The difference being I loved it.

I have an entrepreneurial flair, founded two Recruitment Agencies specialising in placing C-Suite Executive Administrative Talent, Cyber and Information Security Talent and worked in ANZ | Senior Talent Acquisition Management roles.

Unlike many Recruiters, I am proud of what I do.
