Marketing Coordinators| Graduate role

Marketing Coordinator/ Administrator roles are your entry into the glamourous and growing Aesthetics industry.  

 

Many of the Aesthetics Companies Head Offices are based globally, and you will support the ANZ Marketing Team.

 

Ideally, you will come to a Marketing Coordinator/Marketing Administration role with 12 months + of experience.  However, they will consider strong graduates.

 

The duties in these roles generally entail supporting the Marketing Team with a focus on project and sub-project coordination and communication with the global head office.  In addition, you will coordinate project and team meetings, country calls and webinars.

 

You will coordinate, compile, and respond to country and global requests, such as ad hoc enquiries, brand plan process, project tracking and reporting.  In addition, you will assist in managing the intranet/ external website with any marketing /brand updates.

 

You will work closely with the Senior Brand | Product Managers and the Digital Marketing Manager on various campaigns.  In addition, you will be involved in managing the administration and tracking project timelines for events, projects and product launches.

 

You will have a degree in Business, Marketing and Communications.  Additionally, you will ideally have certification in Meta.  You will be a digital native; your interpersonal skills, ability to think laterally and problem-solve are essential in these roles.  In addition, your attitude, ownership, and accountability are crucial to success in Aesthetics companies.

 

Marketing Teams are people-centric and product-centric roles.  Exceptional organisational skills,  Advanced MS Office or Google Office and first-class communication, interpersonal and customer-centric skills will see you flourish.
