Marketing Managers
Aesthetic Marketing Managers generally report to the Head of Marketing.

As an Aesthetics Marketing Manager, the requirements for the role require an understanding of Health Care Professionals aligned with TGA Legal requirements for all branding and marketing execution.

Many Aesthetics Companies Head Offices are global. You will work on local and international projects to maximise corporate outcomes through company brand awareness and marketing strategies to support commercial and business development activities.

Marketing Manager positions at this level will see you develop and implement corporate and product marketing strategies in line with the company business plan by providing strategic communications support to the Head of the Marketing and Leadership team.

You will have experience working with investor relationships groups, PR and internal communications.

You can provide creative direction and therapeutic support to external third-party agencies.   You are adept at identifying trends and threats within the Aesthetics/Therapeutic areas, product marketing opportunities, and supporting pre-marketing or pre-promotional plans for potential global and local partners.

You understand the legal boundaries when marketing to HCP and the consumer audience. In addition, you have previous experience managing a small marketing team.

As a result, you are confident in providing direction and developing their skills.

Ideally, you have at least five years of Marketing or Senior Product / Brand Management experience. In addition, you have proven experience in building and executing brand plans, product launches, internal communications and marketing projects.  You are degree qualified in Business, Marketing or Communications.  Ideally, you have industry experience in Medical Aesthetics, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or Beauty Products.
