We provide Permanent Recruitment for all roles within Aesthetics Clinical, Aesthetics Sales and Aesthetics Marketing. 

We have three solutions available for clients,   Exclusive and Continent, Contingent or our new solution, Partial-Retainer.
 
Partial-Retainer is the ideal solution for all your Permanent Recruitment Requirements. 
 
Partial-Retainer

 
Partial-Retainers require an upfront commitment fee, a small percentage of the total cost. However, this is refundable if we do not place the role or provide a shortlist to you within an agreed timeframe. We work exclusively on the role, and no candidates, whom we haven't shortlisted, are interviewed during this timeframe. 
 
Partial-Retainers are a new way of Recruiting.  It provides you with the assurance of our commitment and holds us accountable. The upfront fee is refunded if we don't deliver within the agreed timeframe.
 
The benefit of working with us on a Partial-Retainer is that it allows us to customise our search to ensure we find top-tier Talent for your role. 
 
Our sourcing strategy involves Talent Mapping, Sourcing, Advertising, Outreach and Screening, thorough interviewing of candidates and sending a high-quality shortlist of candidates to you. In addition, we act as the conduit to coordinate all interviews and negotiations on your behalf. 
 
Once the candidate accepts your job offer, you will be invoiced the remaining fee. We provide a 3-month guarantee period for any candidate we place on a "Partial-Retainer", providing the job requirement is the same and should the salary increase, we will adjust the invoice. 

 
Contingent search

Contingent roles are invoiced upon successful completion of the job search, and the candidate accepts your offer.
 
Our sourcing strategy for contingent varies for each role and client. If several Agencies are working on the role, we will send screened and thoroughly interviewed candidates to you as we meet them.    
 
Upon acceptance of the job offer, we invoice, and our payment terms are 14 days to ensure a 3-month guarantee period if the candidate resigns or is terminated.
