As an Aesthetics Head of Marketing, the requirements for the role require an understanding of Health Care Professionals aligned with TGA Legal requirements for all branding and marketing execution.
 
These roles are responsible for developing and embedding an overarching marketing strategy to deliver against the business core objectives of driving enquiry and brand awareness.
 
You will demonstrate an ability to build a systemized and scalable approach to marketing,  leading a Marketing and Digital Marketing Team to deliver strategic work programs that keep the HCP and Patient front and centre.  Commercially astute, innovative, results-oriented and collaborative are some of the competencies required of a leader at this level.  
 
To succeed in these roles, you will be degree qualified, a digitally savvy senior marketing leader with 10+ years of experience in strategically focused marketing roles.  Your track record in blending data-driven marketing with creative flair to deliver memorable customer experiences, always with an ROI front of mind. 
 
Your depth of experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions engaging omnichannel mediums and customer insights to drive strategic marketing plans.  Strong stakeholder engagement is a given, as is your ability to present at Events, Customer Engagements and Board Levels.
 
You have a relevant Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications. 
 
Experience in consumer health, medical devices, life sciences,  or pharmaceuticals are always preferred.
