Dermal Clinicians are Diploma / Degree qualified in advanced Dermal or Beauty Therapy, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.  Additionally, they must have a registered safety certificate in IPL and Laser( class 3b and IV).

 

Dermal Clinicians are expected to have a wide range of experience in Skin analysis;  Medical grade peels, TCA Peel; RF skin tightening, Fractional Laser Skin Resurfacing; Micro-dermabrasion; Hydra-Dermabrasion; Laser Hair and Tattoo Removal; IPL, Coolscultping, Magnetic Focused or Vanquished Body fat reduction.

The role also sits alongside Clinic Managers and Assistant Clinical Managers.  Excellent communication and sales skills are required.   They are customer-centric individuals, understand the products used within the Clinic and can upsell and cross-sell.   They also need to be social media savvy as social media advertising is usually involved in these positions.
