Aesthetics Clinical Talent.

Aesthetics Clinical Talent spans from Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetics Surgeons, Dermatologists, and General practitioners to staff working in Clinics, including Clinic Managers,  Cosmetic Injectors, and Dermal practitioners who are not qualified but are supervised by a Medical Practioner.

The Aesthetics Embassy is not yet recruiting Plastic Surgeons, Cosmetic Surgeons, Dermatologists, or General Practitioners.

The companies that provide Aesthetic Products and Lasers offer their Clients extensive training, usually conducted one-on-one with Clinical Nurse Specialists.   They are highly qualified Registered/Cosmetic Nurses who understand Facial Anatomy and train their Clients on the products they offer and the benefits, what distinguishes their products, and where to inject.

A Clinical Nurse Manager manages the Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Additionally, their companies have Aesthetics L&D Managers who are RN/Clinical Nurse Specialists who are highly skilled with expertise in the company's service offerings.

The Aesthetics Embassy is sourcing and recruiting for all Clinical Trainers, Clinical Nurses Specialists, and Cosmetic Nurse Injectors at all levels.

Cosmetic Injectors administer and inject wrinkle relaxants;  Dermal Fillers; Hyaluronic acid Filler / Hydration Boosters; Collagen and Platelet Rich Plasma / Vampire Facelift and Facial Dermal Threading.    They also administer all Medical Grade Lasers and Chemical Peels. We do explain in further detail the legal requirements involved for Cosmetic Nurse Injectors.

Dermal Clinicians are not medically qualified; ideally, they have 5 + years of Beauty experience and experience working in Aesthetics and a thorough understanding of skin analysis.  They will administer medical grade and TCA peels,  â€‹ RF skin tightening, Fractional laser skin resurfacing, Micro-Dermabrasion, Hydra-dermabrasion, Laser hair and tattoo removal, IPL, Coolsculpting, Magnetic Focused or Vanquished body fat reduction.  Ideally, someone working in a Dermal Clinical role has completed a shortcut patient management program.
