Clinical Nursing Specialist | Manager

Clinical Nurse Specialists are highly experienced Aesthetics, Plastics, Dermatology, or Cosmetic Registered Nurses with a Div 1 Registration.   These are client/ customer attentive roles and involve an element of Account Management. 

To succeed in these roles, you must demonstrate excellence in patient/client assessment, planning, injectable treatment/care and evaluation during clinical training sessions, including appropriate documentation.   

You will be a Brand Ambassador for the Aesthetics Portfolio, and you will be immaculately presented. Any aesthetic work you have undertaken will be a reflection of the company's products. 

 

These roles are the transition from a Clinical based role into a Corporate role where you are working closely with the Account Managers and managing the effective implementation of the Clinical training strategy & curriculum, ensuring excellence in clinical teaching/training and support.
 

Your role is to manage all medical education and clinical training for the Aesthetic Portfolio you are assigned in the region.   You will be attending and providing clinical assistance for educational events and all Key Opinion Led workshops with Clients. In addition, you will be the key point of contact for any adverse effect consultation/support. 

In terms of specific responsibilities in these roles, it involves: 

  • Preparation and execution of training plan in local region/s

  • Provide relevant clinical education & training to ensure the competence of HCPs with the safe & effective administration of the Company's Aesthetic portfolio.     You will focus primarily on accounts, HCPs from Chain clinics, and new/intermediate Aesthetic HCPs for beginner, intermediate & advanced indications.

  • Lead and execute state-based clinical forums and workshops with local & international doctors.

  • Provide clinical education, clinical upskilling and mentoring of the Commercial Sales team, including CEP(Clinical exploration program) development, as requested by Management

  • Create and deliver clinical education/curriculum relevant to current and upcoming campaigns as guided by Clinical Manager and aligned to marketing plans
     

  • Conduct all clinical training and educational events to the required professional standards and ensure compliance with National,  State and Local regulations.
     

Aesthetics Learning and Development
| Training Executive | Manager

Ideally, you are a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practioner/Pharmacist or have a similar qualification with Certificate IV in Training. You will have a minimum of 5 + years of full-time experience working as a clinician in dermatology with teaching and training experience.
 

You are highly organised with solid project management skills. You are a confident communicator and presenter; you constantly use data and feedback to strive to improve. You enjoy nurturing and mentoring and see this as a role where you can support the Aesthetics team to develop their careers.

 

Your high EQ ensures you will engage with team members relating to them through various communication mediums and interactions.

You will be accountable for ensuring employee access to available development opportunities aligned s and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs reporting back to the Executive Team. 
 

Your responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Program development to ensure clinical competence of the sales team to differentiate the Companies portfolio in the market and have their team recognised as experts in the field

  • Create development program/s and learning strategy incorporating employee journey from onboarding to expert level while ensuring the program's goal match the business strategy

  • Develop the talents of employees to their full potential by focusing on individual and organisational needs
    Encourage and inspire all employees to become self-directed as well as self-motivated learners.

  • Collect feedback from employees and make improvements where necessary

  • Attend educational events and external conferences to maintain currency of market perspective and determine development opportunities for the team

  • You will track budgets and negotiate contracts with outsourced training programs

  • Design and deliver online courses as well as workshops with appropriate materials

  • This role is strategic and hands-on as you regularly assess and optimise development plans.
