Do you remember the overwhelming excitement on Christmas Eve as a child? Time stood still. You felt overwhelmed with excitement as Christmas was only hours away.

Today, I feel giddiness with excitement. I shared the analogy of Christmas Eve as I want you to share those feelings and understand the enthusiasm and the energy momentum in bringing to life The Aesthetics Embassy.


I am passionate about health and well-being, and the pandemic highlighted the fragility of life. To discover the world of Aesthetics aligning with my values and experience in building Recruitment Agencies is a dream come true.

Recruitment has been in my DNA for nearly 20 years. Like most, I stumbled into it, yet unlike most, I loved it.

I remember the early days when there was no Google. Instead, we used the yellow pages to cold call, advertised jobs in the newspaper and valued our database of candidates and clients like gold.

Moving into internal Talent Acquisition was a natural transition. Different to Agency, I approached this with the enthusiasm of an Intern from the University of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.


I learnt the craft of developing strategic relationships with C-Suite, learning the nuances involved in interviewing and decoding body language cues, and understanding how to piece together different skills and experiences to build a high-performing culture.


My entrepreneurial flair arose as the years passed, and I founded and built two other successful agencies.

Finally, at the end of last year, I decided it was time to return to a Senior Talent Acquisition position. I wanted to experience and understand modern Talent Acquisition Teams' challenges.

I worked as the ANZ Talent Acquisition Manager at a Global Aesthetics Company.


My passion and interest in Aesthetics ignited, and I felt the relentless pressure that Talent Acquisition Executives face daily.


The pressure to find high-quality Talent is stressful. You are time-poor, often frustrated, and work under intense pressure and long hours to fill critical vacancies.


I experienced all the stress and pressure to deliver unachievable metrics that Talent Acquisition teams share.


That role ignited my passion for Aesthetics. Moreover, it inspired The Aesthetics Embassy.

Our team may be small, yet we are highly skilled brand ambassadors for our clients.


Our metrics are quality-focused, and our approach is customised.


We work with clients to ensure we craft the persona of the ideal candidate and source and network to find Talent in the rarest of places.

We are advocates for Aesthetics Candidates. We understand that the interview process can be overwhelming for many, and we help to navigate the process.

Talent Acquisition has evolved and relies heavily on its ATS systems. Therefore, we will work with candidates to help them understand how to adapt their resumes and communication style tailored to how Talent Acquisition is engaging AI recruiting.
