As an Aesthetics Company or Clinic, it is essential to understand the nuances of each Generation as they make up our workforce and are your customers. 

 

Each has different expectations; your Marketing focus must be tailored to be able to connect with them via various social media and communications mediums.

Likewise, each Generation's expectations from their Clinicians are different. Therefore, to gain loyalty, you need to understand the psychology of each Generation.

Initially, they were the generation focused more on plastic surgery, yet they are embracing Aesthetic enhancements. They are loyal consumers of brand and service and value high quality.

Gen X stereotypes are that they are big spenders and possess purchasing power, mainly when investing in themselves or luxury purchases. In addition, they are tech-savvy, in the prime of their working lives, and highly invested in their jobs.

Gen Y is tech-savvy and well-educated.  They research and when it comes to Aesthetics, they are starting to focus on the long game.

They seek high quality, and low downtime.
